PRIORIITY APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Prioriity, a personal growth and habit-building app created and operated by Prioriity LLC, located at 111 Washington St, Paterson, NJ 07505, USA.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Prioriity LLC (“Prioriity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, creating an account, or using the Prioriity App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

 

To use Prioriity, you must create an account with a valid email address, mobile number, and password.

During setup, you’ll be asked to check a box confirming:

 

> “I’d like to receive updates and tips from Prioriity.”

 

This consent is required to create your account and allows us to send product updates, reminders, and helpful insights via email, SMS, or push notifications, depending on urgency and purpose.

3. Permitted Use

 

Prioriity is designed for personal, non-commercial use to help you build habits, track progress, and align with your personal growth goals.

You agree not to:

* Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the App

* Upload harmful code, spam, or disruptive materials

* Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm others

 

Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

 

4. Content and Ownership

 

All content, visuals, algorithms, and designs in the Prioriity App are owned or licensed by Prioriity LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

You retain rights to any personal data, entries, or journal reflections you create within the App, but grant us permission to store and process them securely for functionality and analytics purposes.

 

5. Disclaimers

 

Prioriity offers tools for self-improvement and productivity. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Results vary by individual commitment and context.

We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, identity transformations, or personal achievements resulting from App use.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prioriity LLC and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for:

 

* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

* Data loss or service interruption

* Errors caused by third-party APIs or networks (e.g., Firebase, AWS)

 

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount you’ve paid (if any) for using the App.

 

7. Modifications and Updates

 

We may update these Terms, App features, or pricing structures as we grow. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.

Continued use of Prioriity after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

8. Termination

 

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or act unlawfully.

 

9. Governing Law
